The Ninth Annual Meeting of the Cyberwhoremonger's Club will be held from Wednesday, July 20, through Sunday, July 24, 2005. This is an annual meeting of people (customers and prostitutes) who visit and work at the legal Nevada brothels. Please consider this an open invitation for you to attend -- just read the following and you should find answers to all your questions.

The following are frequently asked questions and their answers :

1. When / where is the Banquet?

The CWMCM#9 Banquet will be held the night of Friday, July 22, 2005, and rumor has it that it will be held in Carson City. You might e-mail Curious about it since it was he and Bree who hosted the CWMCM#8 Banquet last year.

The Banquet, if it is anything like previous banquets, is a private event that is open to the general public at the sole discretion of those who are hosting it. Within a month or two of CWMCM#9 you will see contact information posted on this web page about how to attend it. Again, most strangers/newbies are welcome to attend the Banquet (several do every year) but since it is a private function you must get advance approval from those hosting it as they do reserve the right to refuse invitation to anyone they so choose. The only way you can know if you can attend the Banquet is to contact the host, who is Curious.

2. When/where is the Picnic/Barbeque?

Bree and Cowboy held the CWMCM#8 Picnic/Barbeque, and they will be holding the CWMCM#9 Picnic/Barbeque as well.

The Picnic/Barbeque has for the past several years been held at a local, private residence so it is therefore a private event. In general, the public is welcome to attend it (lots of people do every year) but the host reserves the right to refuse invitation. The only way you can know if you can attend the Picnic/Barbeque is to contact Bree's boy-toy, Cowboy.

3. When / where are the morning meetings?

Tentatively, for Wednesday, July 20 through Sunday, July 24, 2005, starting at 10:00 AM local time, the morning meetings will be held at Scruples Bar & Grill at 91 West Plumb Lane (775.322.7171) in Reno, Nevada. The meetings will be held either outside in the front courtyard or inside, depending on the weather. You will be able to order a full breakfast at Scruples.

These meetings at Scruples are entirely public and therefore are open for anyone who wishes to attend. Drop on by, you will meet several members of the cyber-community there!

4. When/where are the afternoon meetings?

In previous years we held afternoon meetings at different bars/restaurants, but for this year we are leaving the afternoons open for brothel-hopping and brothel-sponsored events.

5. Will there be any afternoon brothel-sponsored barbeques or evening/night brothel-sponsored cocktail parties?

During CWMCM#8 there were brothel-sponsored events at the Old Bridge Ranch, the Wild Horse Canyon Ranch, the Kit Kat Ranch, the Bunny Ranches #1 and #2, and the Sagebrush Ranch. I thank all the brothel owners and management for their generous event hosting during CWMCM#8, and look forward to whatever hosting they are comfortable with during CWMCM#9. Their efforts are most appreciated!

In the past the brothel-sponsored events have been absolutely open to the public, including former and present working girls and other brothel owners and managers, with no need to register in advance. Anyone and everyone -- of age -- is welcome!

Well, David Burgess, owner of the Old Bridge Ranch (Mustang Ranch?) was the first to schedule an event for CWMCM#9. In an e-mail message to me dated Thursday, 05 August 2004, at 09:24 PM PDT, David pointed to an invitation he posted on his web page at Davesworld81.com :

Ingrid, Troy, Sohn, Yvonne, Kimmers, Fara, and all the Staff at "The Mustang Ranch" (dba: Old Bridge Ranch just in case the licensing board needs a legitimate excuse not to fuck with me) & I would like to invite you to our third annual public Western-style Bar-B-Que under the big red & white tents in front of The Ranch at Exit 23 on: Thursday, July 21, 2005.

DATE & HOURS: THURSDAY, JULY 21, 2005 - 3:00 PM TO 5:30 PM. (That way if one of the other brothels wants to host a cocktail party in the early evening on Thursday, there will be time for everyone to get there.)

FOOD: Chuckwagon style Bar-B-Que including Tri-tip, Chicken breast, corn-on-the-cob, and non alcoholic beverage all free of charge.

There is no need for anyone to give us advanced notice that you will be attending, but if anyone feels compelled to do so, they can e-mail us at: obr@mustanggirls.org.

To answer a few questions, we'd like to say;

Is everyone welcome? Yes.

Will single and/or married women be welcome? Yes.

Will owners and/or managers of all the other brothels be welcome? Yes.

Will all current and past working girls from the other brothels be welcome? Yes.

Is everyone welcome to come in and enjoy the Bar & use the Restrooms, etc ...? Yes.

The bottom line with the Bar-B-Q is that we at the Ranch hope that everyone will feel comfortable attending a very informal afternoon western-style feast in the Valley Of The Dolls at the Mustang Ranch in Mustang, Nevada.

We understand that there may be some lurkers attending, and that is Ok with us. I know that the regular customers know how to act around working girls and the brothel staff, and I would think that the lurkers would catch on fairly quickly that these kind of events are about having a good time and the best way to do that is for everyone to respect each other. So I am looking forward to everyone having a good time ...

Last week, I talked 2 Susan Austin -- Gen. Mgr. of the Wild Horse. She is planning to have her annual W.H. Cocktail Party.

Susan said that The Wild Horse will host a Cocktail Party on Thursday, July 21, after the OBR BBQ.

Date and Time: July 21, 2K5 Thurs. 7p -- ???

There will be a surprise in store for everyone.

Susan and the Wild Horse ladies will B looking forward to seeing all the CWMC attendees at the W.H. Cocktail Party that night.

I spoke with Marvin Gates, owner of The Sagebrush Ranch, last January and he asked me to reserve a spot Friday night during CWMCM#9 for a Sagebrush Ranch party, though I have not spoken to him about it since then. It should be easy to attend his party since it will start after the CWMCM#9 Banquet which is -- supposedly -- being held in Carson City.

He said that he just wanted 2 confirm with U about having a get-together after the CWMC Dinner Banquet on Friday Night.

He is planning 2 have it Friday night, July 22, around 9 pm.

I told him that I would pass it on 2 U.

Also one of the ladies at Moonlite will B getting in touch with U in the next few weeks about getting something put together at the MLBR.

I told April when they decided on something to e-mail U with the time and date.

6. Who can attend these meetings?

Anyone. The public meetings listed above are open to anyone who wants to attend. There is no real agenda, just some friends getting together and talking about computers and prostitutes and whatever else comes to mind. However, for some private events like the Friday night Banquet and Saturday Picnic/Barbeque, you must make advance reservations and get the approval from the hosts to attend, but for public events like the morning meetings and brothel-sponsored events, just show up. You might also read this for clarification on what constitutes a private versus a public event as there always seem to be people who are confused as to the difference.

7. I don't want anyone to know who I am!

Then don't tell us! Make up a name. We will not invade your privacy, though we will certainly ask you general questions like, "Which girls have you boinged?"

8. How many people are going to be there?

Around seventy (70) people attended the CWMCM#4 Banquet, with about 40% of those being women. For CWMCM#5, fifty-two (52) people attended the Banquet, with about 50% of those being women. The CWMCM#6 Banquet had about fifty-three (53) people. The CWMCM#7 Banquet had about ? people. The CWMCM#8 Banquet had thirty-two (32) people attending, with 25% of those being women. As for CWMCM#9, nobody knows.

9. What girls will be working?

Nobody knows. As CWMCM#9 approaches that will become more evident.

10. Is there a designated hotel that'll serve as headquarters?

No. If a decision is made to designate a hotel then that will be announced here, though the Peppermill in Reno has generally been a favorite.

11. How formal are these meetings?

Extremely informal. Drop in and out of them as you please. People will come and go randomly and various spontaneous and unscheduled events will occur.

12. When will guys be visiting the brothels?

In general, guys and gals are visiting the brothels when the spirit moves them. If you want to meet with your friends at a brothel then you can always e-mail them ahead of time and arrange to meet at one of the brothels. There are already some brothel-sponsored events (see question #5 above) scheduled for CWMCM#9 so please feel welcome to attend those.

13. Where can I find information on voting for the annual awards for Year 2004?
