Dear Friends,
This is a new pricing survey for the services rendered by legal Nevada prostitutes. You can read my previous surveys here and here, and my latest survey here. At the bottom of this page is the submission form, but I strongly encourage you to read all the text between here and there. All of your questions should be answered by my explanatory text.
Each session with a legal Nevada prostitute requires a separate submission. Different sessions with one prostitute has separate submissions.
In order to submit your session information you will need a password. E-mail me at "maquinista@mad.scientist.com" with subject line "REGISTER_ME" and I'll e-mail you your password. The subject line and body of my response will read the same, "Your 8 character password is", followed by your password within double quotes. You do not get to pick your own password.
Please note that you must actively make a choice for each question since the default choices are invalid and will cause the entire submission to be thrown away. Most questions allow a "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice, but you must actually pick that option since the default option is always invalid.
Again, please read all the following text before submitting your session information, and remember that first you must register.

The following are detailed comments about the fields on the submission form :
PASSWORD : You must enter your valid eight (8) character password for your survey submission to be accepted. E-mail me at "maquinista@mad.scientist.com" with subject line "REGISTER_ME" and I'll e-mail you your password. The subject line and body of my response will read, "Your 8 character password is", followed by your password within double quotes. You do not get to pick your own password.
TIME : The total length of the party. If you don't recall how long the party lasted then estimate it as well as you can remember. Use the actual length of the party, not how long you negotiated for if the two times differ.
PRICE : The total amount of money you gave the lady, including all tips and credit card fees.
RANCH : The name of the legal Nevada brothel where the activity happened.
YEAR : The year that the session took place.
MONTH : The month that the session took place. In the final report all that will be listed is the season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) that the session happened.
VAGINAL : Did vaginal intercourse take place? You must answer yes or no.
MASSAGE HER : Did you massage the lady? Any type of massage you did on the lady qualifies. This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
MASSAGE HIM : Did the lady massage you? Any type of non-sexual organ massage that she did on you qualifies. This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
ORAL ON HER : Did you go down on her? Snack at the "Y"? Eat her out? This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
ORAL ON HIM : Did she go down on you? Suck your dick? Blow-job? This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
HAND-JOB : Did the lady make you cum with her hand? This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
RATING : This is your overall feeling about your experience, and it should focus on the lady herself and the service she gave you. Don't even try to be objective; just give us your personal and subjective assessment. This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
JACUZZI : Did you procure time in a Jacuzzi (hot tub)? This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
COUPLE'S PARTY : Were you a member of a couple, a man and a woman who entered the brothel and picked a lady? If so, then there are three possible parties that you could have had and they are : (1) the female only watched while the male had sex with the prostitute, (2) the male only watched while the female had sex with the prostitute, or (3) both the male and the female members of the couple had sex with the prostitute. This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
AGE : Estimate the age of the lady within two years. You need not agonize over this choice, just make your best guess as to her true age. This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
BODY TYPE : Select the body type description that most resembles that of the lady you chose. This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
ATTRACTIVENESS : How attractive was your lady? Just give your honest opinion. This question is optional but you must click the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice because the default choice will be rejected.
COMMENT : You may send me a personal comment up to seventy (70) characters in length. Write whatever you want to, preferably about the session you are submitting, but only I will see it. Your comment is entirely optional, but whatever comment you send me will not be put on the survey report except in extreme circumstances. You may send no comment at all if you so desire.
SUBMIT : Click on this button to send your session information to the server. Your submission will be rejected if you leave any of the default choices active, meaning that you MUST pick something other than the default choice on each and every question. Note that your submission will not immediately be posted; I review all submissions before they are made public.
RESET : Click on this button to reset (zero) the form. Doing this will change all the choices to their default (and invalid) settings.
The following are random mumblings I have about this pricing survey :
This survey form is designed to force the user to make a choice on each of the questions. All default answers are invalid. You must choose, for all the questions, something other than the default answers, even if all you are picking is the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" choice. Only a few questions require actual answers (price and time, for instance) so if you can't remember details such as whether she massaged you then just pick the "SKIP - NO COMMENT" option.
If your survey submission is good, meaning that you have no invalid choices and your password is good, then the top two words of the response you receive when you submit your survey will be "GOOD SUBMISSION!". Otherwise, the top word will be "ERROR!" and you will have to re-submit with a good password and no invalid (default) choices. If your password is bad (or suspended) then you will receive a message telling you so. Also, if any of your choices were invalid (default) then you will receive a message telling you how many of them were invalid, and a list indicating all the choices you made including those which were invalid. You should then know exactly how to take corrective action and re-submit a totally valid survey response.
There are two additional invalid responses other than the default choices. For time length of the party, if you pick "more" (longer than 72 hours) then you will get a message requesting that you e-mail me ("Bashful") with the time your party lasted. Likewise, if you pick "more" (greater than $20,000) then you will get a message asking you to e-mail me with the total price for your party.
Some people may wonder why I'm doing another pricing survey. The biggest criticism made of my other two pricing surveys is that they are not current. I do not expect the results of this new survey to be radically different, except perhaps for The Moonlight Bunny Ranch which has seen a large number of porn stars working within its confines since my last survey. This survey is meant to be a permanent, on-going estimation of what rates the customers of legal Nevada prostitutes are actually paying and some basic description of what those services are.
The survey results are not automatically posted, but are held in queue until I have given them a cursory review. Initially, I will wait until at least thirty (30) different guys have contributed sessions, and at least twelve (12) different brothels have had sessions contributed from at least three (3) different guys. I'm making this a requirement on the number of different guys who contribute information rather than on the number of sessions submitted. Most guys will probably contribute multiple submissions. Once I have this level of input I'll generate the summary pages for it and then update those pages as additional sessions are submitted.
When you get a "GOOD SUBMISSION!" response you are done. The rest is up to me. In almost all cases I'll post your survey submission, but there may be cases where I will have to e-mail you privately and ask questions about your survey submission(s). I am assuming and hoping that will happen rarely if ever, but if I see strange results such as the exact same survey submission having been sent a dozen times in a short amount of time, then I will e-mail the sender and ask about their survey submissions.
