Section 4. Unlawful When.

A. It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep or operate any house of prostitution, house of ill fame or bawdy house of any description within the County of Lyon, except as herein provided in this chapter.

B. It is unlawful for any person to practice prostitution, to solicit business for a prostitute or to procure any person for the purpose of prostitution within the County of Lyon, except as herein provided in this chapter.
