Section 5. Definitions.

A. "Board" means the Board of County Commissioners.

B. "License Operation" or "Operation" means a house of prostitution duly licensed and operated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

C. "Applicant" means any person, firm, or corporation applying to the Board for a license under the provisions of this chapter, together with all persons listed in subsections A. and B. of Section 6.

D. "Work Card" means the card issued by the Sheriff to each prostitute authorizing them to work at a licensed operation.

E. "Employment Card" means the card issued by the Sheriff to each employee, other than a prostitute, authorizing them to be an employee at a licensed operation.
