Section 13. License Fees.

A. Every licensed operation shall pay the following fee per quarter, in advance, for the privilege of operating a house of prostitution in the County, effective January 1, 1990.

B. License fees shall be paid to the County Sheriff quarterly, for deposit with the County Treasurer to be credited to the Building or Capital Acquisition Fund.

1. If the licensed operation has one (1) to twenty (20) rental rooms, the fee will be Six Thousand Four Hundred ($6,400.00) Dollars per quarter.

2. If the licensed operation has twenty-one (21) to forty (40) rental rooms, the fee will be Seven Thousand Four Hundred ($7,400.00) Dollars per quarter.

3. If the licensed operation has forty-one (41) or more rental rooms, the fee will be Eight Thousand Four Hundred ($8,400.00) Dollars per quarter.
