9.20.160 General prohibitions.

1. It is unlawful :

A. For any person under the age of twenty-one years to enter or be a patron of any house of prostitution ;

B. For a licensee of any licensed house of prostitution, or for any employee of such licensee, to compel, entice, encourage, permit or suffer any person under the age of twenty-one years to enter or be a patron of any licensed house of prostitution ;

C. For any licensed operation, licensee, or for an employee of any licensee, to sell, dispense, or give away any alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of twenty-one years upon the premises of a licensed house of prostitution ;

D. For any person to engage in prostitution or solicitation therefor, except in a house of prostitution licensed under this chapter ;

E. For a licensee, agent or employee of a licensee, or anyone acting on behalf of any such person to allow anyone who has tested positive to the human immunodeficiency virus, in a test approved by the State Board of Health and who has received written notice of that fact, to work as a prostitute in any licensed operation.
