Dear Friends,
The following letter was sent to me in response to my request for an official copy of Nye County Ordinance #129, Chapter 9.20, regulating prostitution. Should you want your own official paper copy then just follow their directions, which include a money order for $27.00 and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to send you the 27 pages of the ordinance.
If you are interested in obtaining a brothel license for Nye County, then your first point of contact should be the Nye County Clerk whose mailing address, telephone number and FAX number are given in the following letter. The Nye County Clerk will let you know how to file for the license and all other pertinent information.
Be seeing you.

Please send a Money Order (we don't except out of state checks) made out to the Nye County Clerk's Office in the amount of $27.00 to P.O. Box 1031, Tonopah, NV 89049. Be sure to include a self-addressed envelope with the proper amount of postage for returning the copies to you.
Thank you for your time in this matter.
Respectfully,
