EDITORIAL #016 :
Click here and you will read the following post (subject - "words to take the lead out of your pencil?"), "Is it me, or is anyone else here automatically turned off when you are about to party with a lady, and you ask her how she likes it and she responds, 'Its your Fantasy'.", by someone named "nuff". I've been thinking about it and this week's editorial addresses the underlying assumption the author makes, which I've seen many other guys make as well.
When I contract business with a prostitute, I am interested in my physical pleasure and in her general happiness with the monetary benefit of the transaction and, hopefully, her pleasure derived from taking pride in her work - in doing a good job. I have never assumed that a prostitute who is servicing me is getting sexual pleasure from the effort. I am hardly averse to her doing so, she is welcome to have an orgasm if she so desires, but I am under no delusion that I am some stud who is God's gift to women. If I were in a "normal" (non-commercial) relationship with a woman then of course her physical pleasure would be of importance to me, but I am not paying anyone, male or female, human or animal or plant, terrestrial or extra-terrestrial, hundreds of dollars an hour just so they can get a thrill. Again, if they get theirs while giving me mine then great, but otherwise it is my physical pleasure that I'm really paying for plus the satisfaction of being in the company of a fine woman.
So imagine my surprise when I got online and started communicating with other customers of legal Nevada prostitutes and learned that a fair number of them were expecting more from their lady than I was. Some of them seemed to be quite concerned that their lady have an orgasm. One guy told me that he never has intercourse with the prostitutes he hires, and indeed never allows them to diddle with his erection at all, neither hand-job nor blow-job. The only thing he wanted was to make her orgasm. When I asked him why, his response was, "I want to give women pleasure".
Another customer used to call me late at night at home on the telephone after he had visited his favorite gal. He was extremely insecure about his sessions with her because he was anxious to learn if she really liked him, apart from the money he gave her. His way of determining if she really liked him or not was whether she had an orgasm or not, and she always had an orgasm. Or did she? I still remember him asking me in his meek, quiet voice, "Was her orgasm real?" I tried to joke about it and say that I don't know since I wasn't there, but he couldn't detect my humor and continued to fret over whether she was faking her orgasms. It was critically important to him that her orgasms were real, and riddled with self-doubt over whether he was being taken for a fool.
Over the years I've encountered other customers who are big, really big, on the prostitute having an orgasm, usually before the guy has his. When I point out to him that she almost certainly faked her orgasm, he goes into denial and starts making claims that he can tell if it is real or not, sometimes uttering phrases such as "engorged labia" and so forth. It is obvious that guys who claim that they can give prostitutes orgasms are not willing to admit that they can be fooled.
I must admit that sometimes some of the prostitutes may indeed be having real, bona-fide orgasms with some of their customers. The key words in that previous sentence is "some" and "sometimes". There is no way to know for sure in any one given case, and of course there is no way for me to know since I was, of course, not there.
But over the years I've talked to a lot of prostitutes on this subject, and those that claim that their orgasms are always real usually wink at me when they say it, and a good number of others have opened up and told me that it is easy for them to trick a trick. Any of them. And I remember those times when I was field report editor that a working girl wanted one of her reports edited or deleted because her customer claimed to have brought her to orgasm!
What is the underlying reality? It is a fantasy. That is what is real. And I consider it pathetic that guys confuse fantasy with reality, and some of those guys are my very dear friends. It seems to me that they aren't hurting anyone but themselves by their self-delusion, so that is okay, but still I wonder how they can take any real pride in themselves when it is so obvious that they are (probably) so laughably clueless.
So next time one of your friends becomes upset when he is told that the prostitute he hired probably faked her orgasm and he adamantly maintains that he can tell if it was real or not, do what I do and just smile and nod.
Oh, and have a happy Easter!
Be seeing you.
