EDITORIAL #017 :
Some people are trying to get a Mustang Ranch Museum going. You can read a good news article about it here.
It is no secret that I have been a long-time lover of The Mustang Ranch, having lost my virginity there back in early May 1986. Over the intervening years I visited it every chance I got and decided to tell the entire world of my delight in its women when I ventured forth onto this strange thing called the Internet. I was upset when the Feds shut down the 'Stang in 1990 (was that the year?), but it sprang back. I was upset again in 1999 when I heard that the Mustang Ranch was again going to be shut down, and when it actually was in August 1999 I had accepted its fate as yet more bad Conforte karma.
I hope that those who are trying to get a Mustang Ranch Museum going succeed. There are a lot of unanswered questions that need to be answered before I lend this effort my support, so I've tried to contact some of the pricipals and now await word back from them. Hopefully I can even meet them during CWMCM#7, but time is short because supposedly the Mustang Ranch #1 and #2 buildings are to be bulldozed by the end of this summer.
Please stay tuned to this channel, and if you have any further information then please contact me.
On an entirely different subject, I thank Woodrow for posting this news article. What the Hell is up with the Richardson, Texas police department?
Be seeing you.
